Sheridan Cupp gave generously of her time as she competently guided me through the whole process of buying a rental property in Asheville, NC. She patiently showed me many houses until I found the one that was the best investment for me. While she offered her specific and measured comments about various features of these many houses, I always felt that she was supporting me in buying the house I wanted, and I never felt pressured by her to make an offer. She is a most gracious and patient Realtor who tends to her client's needs first and foremost. Once I found the house that was best for me, she again gave of her time and expertise by going through the home inspection report with me and looking in detail at various issues that actually needed attention, rather than simply doing everything recommended in the report. Her seasoned experience as a Property Manager was uniquely helpful as she provided very specific and useful input regarding my ad, pictures, pricing, which ended up being a big bonus since I had multiple inquiries and fantastic new tenants within 24 hours! She has been the most careful, helpful, and thorough Realtor with whom I have ever worked. She gave more graciously of her time than any of the dozens of Realtors with whom I have previously worked, and throughout the whole process she focused on the best house for my needs. I will work exclusively with Sheridan Cupp for all of my future real estate purchases in Western North Carolina, and I commend her to you for any of your real estate needs.
